The HR Team plays a critical role in managing the staff structure behind the server. As an HR member, you’ll handle moderation duties, oversee the Moderator and Admin teams, and take part in the hiring and removal of those roles. You’ll also be involved in document creation, staff evaluations, and some technical work like plugin configuration.
While not a development role at its core, HRs may occasionally be assigned to lead a plugin project or assist the development team, depending on experience.
Perform standard moderation duties (mute, warn, assist players)
Manage and evaluate Moderators and Admins
Hire and remove staff (Mods and Admins only) based on performance and behavior
Create and maintain staff guidelines, training docs, and other internal resources
Assist in plugin configuration and basic server setup
Occasionally lead plugin-related tasks or small projects
Must be 14 or older (16+ preferred)
Must use a PC (no mobile/tablet players) and you must own Minecraft (no TLauncher or Cracked accounts)
Must have a working microphone and be active on Discord
Prior experience as a Moderator or Admin is required
Must be organized, mature, and able to make objective decisions
Comfortable working with documents (Google Docs, Notion, etc.)
Familiar with basic plugin configuration (YAML, config files)
Able to communicate clearly with staff and enforce expectations
