The HR Director (HRD) is the top-level role within the Human Resources team. This position is reserved for mature, experienced individuals who can professionally manage staff structure, hiring, and performance across the Moderator and Admin teams.
As HRD, you will oversee the entire HR department, handle sensitive personnel decisions, and help guide the server’s internal structure. This role also requires hands-on experience with plugin configuration, as HR is responsible for setting up and maintaining tools used by the staff team.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Lead the HR team and oversee all Moderator/Admin operations
Final authority on staff hiring, promotions, removals, and disciplinary actions
Manage and update staff documentation, guidelines, and evaluations
Coordinate onboarding and training for new staff
Configure and manage plugins related to staff workflow, moderation tools, and other backend needs
Provide structure, support, and accountability for HR members and server staff
Report directly to server leadership and contribute to staff-related decision-making
Occasionally lead or assist with plugin-related projects
✅ Requirements:
Must be 16 or older (18+ strongly preferred)
Must use a PC (no mobile/tablet players) and you must own Minecraft (no TLauncher or Cracked accounts)
Must have a working microphone and be active on Discord
Must have prior HR experience (Minecraft or similar online platform)
Must have experience in hiring, managing, and evaluating staff
Must be familiar with plugin configuration (e.g. LuckPerms, CoreProtect, moderation tools, YAML files)
Must be professional, well-organized, and able to handle confidential matters maturely
Must be able to write and manage internal documents (e.g. Google Docs, Notion)
